The programme provides practical help and advice for older people or vulnerable adults who need support to stay independent at home. From the 1st June please can you take the number down for Carlisle, Eden, Barrow and South Lakeland. Also, please can Neighbourhood Care Independence be changed to Place Based Services. Thank you.
